I have a car but my sister is financing the car for me and we were jsut trying to figure out how to get the car out of her name and put it in mine because she is looking to purchase a car? Can you please help us ?

Hi.  I believe what you are looking for is auto refinancing.  Since you want to change the name on the auto financing, you will also most likely be required to change title to match the auto refinancing.  This should point you in the right direction.
