I need an auto loan but can’t get one because I have two bankruptcies on my credit. Basically I filed a Chapter 13 and changed my mind then a year and a half later I filed a Chapter 7. I didn’t know how bad that would look. Most finace companies see that as two bankruptcies but I never actually went through with the Chapter 13. So my question is can you help me?

That does not seem too fair that it reads as two bankruptcies. Maybe the people that are reviewing your loan applications do not understand it just from the credit report since they have never seen that situation before. We do have partners that will finance people with bankruptcies. I would suggest that you fill out our online application. When they call or email you, make sure they understand that you really only have one bankruptcy, and not two.
